My husband Pauly’s brand Pajaro (Bird) started seven years ago in Sayulita, Mexico. He bought a small screen printing set up and taught himself how to use it. In the beginning he would turn his bathroom into a dark room by lining the walls with black plastic. Today he has a more comfortable set up in his garage, but still has to develop his screens at night because he doesn't have a dark room. He hand paints many of his images and others are thought up laughing with friends. He does the whole process himself from putting the images onto transparent paper to developing the screens, to pulling the ink. Paul is an artist and he loves his trade. The t-shirts Paul picks out are some of the most comfortable shirts out there. Try one and see.
